AAA Analogy Service Corporation guarantees confidentiality upon request for any idea submission for which we are asked to create an analogy -- provided we have not heard of the idea before. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed under the following circumstances:
If knowing your idea puts us in a moral bind such that by not disclosing the idea innocent people will be hurt; if we receive a subpoena and have to testify about your idea under penalty of fine or imprisonment; and in a circumstance so unlikely it borders on the humor of the far-fetched: if we are tortured!
